Services
I provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adults ages 18-65 in Oregon and Washington state. I also see pediatric patients ages 12-18 on a case-by-case basis.
Our work together will involve an extensive review of your physical and mental health, family/social history, past and current medication trials, evaluation of your symptoms and goals, lab monitoring, treatment planning, and collaboration with other members of your healthcare team and/or your loved ones as needed. Supportive psychotherapy will be provided at each visit, although I do not offer stand-alone psychotherapy at this time.
Most of our appointments will be conducted via a secure/HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. I am also available to see clients in person on a case-by-case basis. Telehealth visits may not be appropriate in some circumstances; I will let you know if an in-person visit is needed to provide you with safe and effective care.
